What`s Cooking ? – A super exciting multi course menu reflecting Chefs personal journey showcasing stunning dishes, flavours and influences from China and Thailand.
Who`s Cooking ? – Michelin starred Chef Pichaya Soontornyanakij (you can call her Pam) – crowned “The Best Female Chef in Asia 2024”.
What should I expect ? – You`re in for a treat when you eat here. It`s totally different than the norm. you`ll begin your meal on the ground floor , move to the top floor in the rickety lift and then enjoy the rest of your exciting meal in the 4th floor restaurant.
Must Order dish – There`s only the one choice Menu here for dinner in the evening which can work out at up to 20 courses. Just keep your fingers crossed that the Duck main course is on. Most probably the best piece of Duck i`ve eaten in a lifetime.

What will it cost me ? Budget on roughly 6,300 Baht per person – (£144 / $187) for the 20 course meal with a complimentary glass of wine. We chose the Wanderlust 6 glass Wine pairing priced at 3,300 (£80 / $104). A non alcoholic Tea Pairing (6 glasses) is also available for 1,390 baht (£32 / $41)
My thoughts – As I write this – The Menu has changed and I need to head back.
What`s the Atmosphere like ? – Dark , moody , Potongs House music playlist plays throughout the floors – I love the place, it`s just so unique and different than the norm.
What`s good ? – Relax , you`re in the amazing hands of Sacha Silvestre , one of the best restaurant managers in the business (previously worked for Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana)
What`s even better ? – Turning up early and booking the Opium cocktail bar on the top floor. I can guarantee that you really wont know where to begin choosing a cocktail. They are all so different and exciting. World class mixologists and one of the best cocktail experiences i`ve ever had in a restaurant – anywhere in the world.

Any Negatives Would I return ? – Zero negatives it was the absolute perfect meal so 100% YES , next time i`m in Bangkok.
My wife said it was the best restaurant experience in her lifetime. For me – Exciting , something very different , lovely people , faultless food and cooking and an easy one to score 10/10 perfection and everything a customer could ask for in a dining experience.

COCKTAIL – “North Sea Oil” (520 baht) – Arvesolvet Aquavit , Cocchi Americano , Cointreau , Port Charlotte. A modern classic cocktail that incorporates bottles that often collect dust on many bar shelves.
COCKTAIL – “Just one more sip” (450 baht) – Cointreau , Tequila & Mescal , Opium bell pepper cordial . Potongs Oyster salt , Jalapeno pickle Brine. True to the Margarita cocktail but shaken up to life with the mixologists own twist.
