During the “Race for life” week we carried out a charity cake bake in the office which raised a few hundred pounds for a fantastic cause.My contribution was a HestonBlumenthal variation of a   “Pudding in a plantpot ” . I adapted the BFG ( Black forest gateaux ) into 7 layered chocoholics dream desserts…..inside plant pots , covered them with “edible compost…
